A downloadable tool for Windows

This a video interpolation/scaling(WIP) application. As of right now is can only support video files that are 1280x720 and below. Anything higher will cause you to run into memory problems

Install instructions

  1. Download and Extract the zip file somewhere in your pc
  2. If you want to use TecoGAN follow this instruction:
    1. Download Cuda Toolkit from here
      1. https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-10.0-download-archive?ncid=afm-chs-44270&ranMI...
    2. Download cudNN from here (registration is required)
      1. https://developer.nvidia.com/rdp/cudnn-download
      2. Once logged in, click on the checkbox
      3. Click on Archived cuDNN Releases
      4. Click on Download cuDNN v7.6.5 (November 5th, 2019), for CUDA 10.0
      5. Follow the instruction on installing cuDNN here:

The check boxes does not function. Those are just placeholders for now
